Description of Acquisition: | | The purpose of this contract is to provide a mechanism for conducting maintenance, modifications, and upgrades to existing and new Infrared systems used by the ASPECT program. Most but not all of this effort will be focused around the existing MR-254AB spectrometer systems in addition to ongoing development efforts with an array-based detector spectrometer. The contract will also assist the government in various field test and data collection programs focused on chemical vapor detection technologies. Lastly, this contract will provide a mechanism to examine, construct and evaluate new systems to enhance the mission of ASPECT. |
