Description of Acquisition: | | The Response Action Contracts 3 will provide professional architect/engineer, technical, and management services to support remedial response,enforcement oversight, and on-time critical removal activities in Region 1. Services to be provided include:remedial investigation/feasiblity study (RI/FS);remedial design;oversight of PRPs RI/FS, RD and RA activities;5 year reviews; A&E support during RA; technical engineering support, O&M oversight,long-term remedial actions (LTRA) ; RA construction,construction resulting from LTRA, on time critical removals, Brownfields assessments, Contract services to include design, and construction management of remedial actions. The contracts(s) are to be awarded under the Brooks Act. |
