The purpose of this document is to discuss the potential economic impacts of changes to the proposed rule on standards for pesticide container design and residual removal (59 FR 6712, February 11, 1994, REAI reference # P.94.9 - also see P.93.5 for RIA). The changes to the proposed rule were expected to decrease the overall cost to the pesticide reformulating industry relative to the proposed rule. The changes were proposed in 64 FR 56918.
