Off-Site Waste Operations: Economic Impact Analysis Of Proposed National Emission Standards For Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP).
powered by
EIA presents the projected economic and financial impacts resulting from a NESHAP for the control of hazardous air pollutant emissions from off-site waste operations that are major sources under Section 112 of the CAA. The economic impacts reported in this analysis reflect preliminary data and compliance cost estimates. Since preparation of the report, EPA revised the regulation to address an inconsistency in the requirements for a particular waste. The preface to the report addresses the changes and the corresponding changes to the analysis.
