This report presents an economic analysis for the supplemental proposed rule for child-occupied facilities under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) renovation, repair and painting program. The regulation is being proposed under authority of 402(c) of TSCA. Title IV of TSCA was established by the Residential Lead-Based Paint Hazard Reduction Act of 1992, also known as Title X of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1992, Public Law 102-550.
