Iodomethane: Revised HED Human Health Risk Assessment.
The Health Effects Division (HED) of EPA's Office of Pesticide Programs has conducted a human health risk assessment for the active ingredient, iodomethane, also referred to as methyl iodide. The proposed use of iodomethane is as a pre-plant soil fumigant in strawberries, tomatoes, peppers, perennial crop ornamentals, nurseries, cut flowers, turf, and tree and vines.
