HED has conducted a human health risk assessment for halosulfuron-methyl for the purpose of making a tolerance/registration eligibility decision to establish uses in or on alfalfa.
Halosulfuron-methyl is a selective herbicide intended for the pre-and postemergence control of annual broadleaf weeds and nutsedges in selective crops (including corn, sorghum, and turf).
