Economic Impact Analysis for Additional Tier of Emissions Standards for Nonroad Spark Ignition Engines and Equipment.
Pursuant to the Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency adopted emission standards for small (less than 19 KW) nonroad spark-ignition (SI) engines and equipment and for certain SI marine engines. This document sets out an analysis plan to investigate the market impacts and social costs associated with the standards being considered by the Agency.
