New Residential Wood Heaters -- Background Information For Promulgated Standards.
Manufacturers of residential wood heaters would be required to meet certain standards limiting emissions of particulate matter. The Environmental Protection Agency would certify wood heaters models by conducting certification tests at accredited laboratories on representative wood heaters. This report contains background technical information used in establishing these standards.
