This report presents an estimate of the cost impact of the proposed new source performance standards (NSPS) for stationary combustion turbines. The total cost of the proposed NSPS will include costs for pollution control, monitoring, recordkeeping, reporting, fuel sampling, and performance testing. The proposed NSPS would affect new stationary combustion turbines larger than 1 megawatt (MW) and will have emission limits for NOx and SO2.
