Regulatory Impact Analysis (RIA) for Existing Stationary Compression Ignition Engines NESHAP, Final Draft.
EPA estimates that complying with the final RICE rule will have an annualized cost of approximately $373 million per year (2008 dollars) in the year of full implementation of the rule (2013). Using these costs, EPA estimates in its economic impact analysis that the NESHAP will have limited impacts on the industries affected and their consumers.
