To meet the requirements of section 111(b)(1)(B) of the CAA, the Environmental Protection Agency is currently conducting the second review of the new source performance standards (NSPS ) for non-metallic mineral processing plants (NMPP). The purpose of this report is to provide economic and small business impact analyses for the requirements of this NSPS.
