This report provides an economic impact analysis for the dry cleaning residual risk standard as applied to all of the sources affected by this proposal: major source and area source dry cleaners. The area source dry cleaners include co-residential facilites, which are of particular interest in this rulemaking given the proximity of apartment residents to these sources and the risk exposure from perchloroethylene (PCE) emissions they experience.
