Technical Support for Development of Airport Ground Support Equipment Emission Reductions.
powered by
The significance of air pollution emissions from airports is growing as airports expand to meet increasing demand for air travel and as the relative contribution of other sources declines under the pressure of progressively more stringent emission control programs. The purpose of this work assignment was to examine the control measures available to reduce emissions from one component of airport emissions, ground support equipment, and to recommend methodologies to quantify the reductions associated with implementing those control measures.
