This report contains cost estimates for units that would be affected if all large municipal waste combustors (MWC) were required to apply fabric filter (FF)-based scrubbing systems as part of the 5-year review of the large MWC regulations. Large MWCs are defined as an individual MWC unit with a municipal solid waste (MSW) combustion capacity greater thatn 250 tons per day.
