National emission standards for the control of hazardous air pollutant emissions from the dry cleaning industry are being proposed under the authority of Section 112 of the Clean Air Act, as amended. These standards apply to existing and new dry cleaning facilities. This document contains a summary of the technical information used to support development of the standards. This document also discusses the regulatory alternatives considered during development of the proposed standards and the environmental and cost impacts associated with each alternative.
