Magnetic Tape Manufacturing Industry---Background Information For Proposed Standards, Draft EIS.
powered by
Standards of Performance for the control of VOC emissions from magnetic tape coating lines are being proposed under the authority of Section 111 of the Clean Air Act. These standards would aply to all new, modified, and reconstructed magnetic tape coating lines using at least 38 cubic meters of solvent per year in the production of magnetic tape. This document contains background information and environmental and economic impact assessments of the regulatory alternatives considered in developing the proposed standards.
