powered by
This analysis has been prepared to provide an estimate of benefits from implementation of the rule. Under the requirements of EO 12866, a benefit-cost analysis must be prepared for economically significant regulations. While the architectural and industrial maintenance (AIM) coating rule has not been deemed economically significant, the EPA has received inquiries as to the total benefits expected from the rule. This analysis was not used in any decisions related to selection of AIM rule requirements.
