To meet the requirements of section 111 (b)(1)(B) of the CAA, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA ) is currently conducting the second review of the new source performance standards (NSPS) for non-metallic mineral processing plants (NMPP). The purpose of this report is to provide economic and small business impact analysis for the requirements of this proposed NSPS.
