powered by
Standards of Performance for the control of VOC emissions from Volatile Organic Liquid (VOL) storage tanks are being promulgated under the authority of Section III of the Clean Air Act. These standards would apply to all new and existing storage tanks having a capacity of 75 cubic meters or larger, which are to be used for the storage of VOL. This document contains a summary of the public comments on the proposed revised standards and the EPA's responses, as well as summary economic and environmental impact statements.
