Description: Janie Hipp, formerly with the National Center for Agricultural Law at the University of Arkansas and now with the USDA Risk Management Agency, will talk about how recent legal developments pertaining to livestock industry and its industrial structure may affect EPA efforts to reduce the environmental impact of the livestock industry, especially confined animal feeding operations (CAFOS).
