Cost and economic impact analysis of proposed listing of 4 waste streams from the petroleum refining industry as hazardous waste. Analyses were conducted for several compliance scenarios. Specifically, several options for compliance with the Land Disposal Restriction (LDR) regulation associated with this rule were considered. No benefits analysis was conducted.
An alternative regulatory option was also considered in which one of the waste streams was dropped from the rule. The results of the analysis for this option were published in an addendum, which included only the pages of the EIA that changed (see S.95.24 B).
