powered by
The EPA is proposing requirements to reduce emissions of particulate matter (PM) and oxides of nitrogen (NOx) from nonroad diesel engines. This proposal includes emission standards for new nonroad diesel engines. The proposal also addresses the quality of the fuel used in nonroad engines, as well as locomotive and marine engines, by specifying reduced sulfur levels.
This document includes a cost benefit analysis, economic impact analysis, small business flexibility analysis, and analysis of regulatory alternatives.
