This ICR calculates the burden associated with waste exports from and imports to the U.S. to and from other OECD countries under the OECD Decision C(39)92/FINAL. In addition, it calculates the burden associated with U.S. exports and imports of hazardous waste to and from non-OECD countries under U.S. requirements (40 CFR part 262 subparts E and F). In both analyses, burden is calculated only for the U.S. regulated community and EPA.
