A final rule for the regulation of volatile organic compounds (VOC) from automobile refinishing is being promulgated under the authority of Section 183(e) of the Clean Air Act. This document contains comments received from the public, and the EPA's responses to these comments. Several comments address the economic analysis for the proposed rule, which is in the BID for the proposed rule, A.95.28.
