This study evaluates the potential availablilty of emission control technology to meet more stringent emission standards for light-duty vehicles and light-duty trucks. Assumes fuel sulfur levels are equal to those associated with California Phase 2 Reformulated Gasoline. Costs are presented only on a per car, per technology basis. No total social costs or benefits are estimated.
