Gasoline Distribution Industry (Stage 1)--Background Information For Proposed Standards.
This study examines hazardous air pollutant (HAP) emission sources in the gasoline distribution (Stage I) network of the petroleum marketing source category. It discusses the costs of implementing HAP and VOC emissions control at gasoline distribution facilities as well as control costs for each of the regulatory alternatives. It analyzes the economic impacts of the proposed standards with regard to their effect on gasoline price and consumption, facility closures, and employment.
